program. PII Services’ Program and Project Managers provides detailed project planning, scheduling, budgeting, as
well as innovative approaches to track project schedules, financial and technical performances. Our portfolio of support services focus on the lifecycle of project performance, providing analysis, solutions, and implementation utilizing a secure internet based suite of project management tools. These tools allow customer management and staff access
to each project and task during performance. We leverage our business process skills to analyze activities, roles and objectives to assure clarity and optimal performance. In addition, PII Services can develop systems to automate and integrate these functions with your legacy systems and train your staff in best industry project management practices. Our goal is to increase the business productivity of our customers by helping them obtain maximum potential from
their human and technological resources.

Acquisition Management Support:
PII Services has the ingenuity and talent to bring projects to fruition, on schedule, within budget, according to specifications and at reduced risk. Whether simple or complex, our support services are scalable to support large
and small contract tasks. PII Services provides professional support in all aspects of acquisition management services. Beginning with the mission needs statement; we assure the project follows a solid acquisition strategy. In addition, PII Services develops all acquisition documentation including: Performance Based Statements of Work/Objectives; Independent Government Cost Estimates; Technical Evaluation Criteria/Plans, and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans. We will administer each contract task in coordination with the COTR, managing project schedules, monitoring vendor performance, resolving disputes, and managing funds and earned value evaluations.

Financial Management Support:
PII Services focuses on financial management throughout the lifecycle of the project/contract. Our financial management support services lead the cost management efforts, sponsoring cost budgeting and tracking activities facilitating communication on fiscal status, and ensuring the project cost tool and supporting documentation is maintained. We assure expenditures are in accordance with required appropriations and authorizations. Financial reports are generated and provided to the client on a weekly/monthly basis, according to need.

Administrative Support:
PII Services provides administrative services in Human Resources, Clerical, Help Desk, and Bookkeeping. From operational support staff to administrative managers, our team of professionals plan, coordinate, and direct a broad range of services that meet the needs of multiple departments. Our administrative staff functions include telephone reception; typing/information/data processing; coordinating and maintaining files/records; billing and reconciling invoices/accounts; procuring materials and managing distribution; scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements; telecommunications management; general ledger/accounts payable and personnel records maintenance; and interviewing/managing personnel. In addition, our administrative staff will oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts for purchases or sales of equipment, materials, supplies, products, or services. Key to our administrative support performance is our experience in contract acquisition and support services that aid in preparing future SOW’s, RFI’s, RFQ’s and RFP’s.
